1. Nov 14, 2021. #1. I have a Qubo Mylife Multijet 1248cc 13 plate with dualogic gearbox. The problem is that it will now only move in 1st gear and when increasing speed it slips out of 2nd, it won't go in reverse either. This happens whether I try to use it in the fully auto mode or select gears myself. I've been told it needs a new gearbox
Jun 12, 2010. #1. Evening. I have a 07 Grande Punto TJet with just over 30k on the clock. I have noticed that when i select reverse than it doesn't always want to go into reverse. (I am completely stopped etc) Sometimes I can stop, and it will go straight in but more commonly it has begun to not drop into reverse.

Hi guys, Looking at buying my first car and found a good deal on a 58 Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 Dynamic Sport. Done 51k. Went and had a look at it and it all seems fine, took it for a test drive, just had an MOT and new tyres etc. I am just wary about the dualogic gearbox, have read some horror stories on the web.
car - 2007 grande punto 1.4 8v gear version - Dualogic when the car starts it appers a trasmission problem and gears are not working. this was there for 8mnths. after i changed the gear box oil (66000km done) not it appers all the time. while driving the problem occurs and gear changed to N. my local fiat dealer said it a manufacture defet and need to change a part in gear box control unit
