Pull the top up over the front, and attach the front trim stick first. Before putting any glue on, attach the front trim stick with a couple screws, then open and close the top to make sure everything lines up and it's not off center to one side, causing cross-wrinkles.

I'm trying to install a hard mount kit for my hardtop, but the three screws on each top latch are STUCK. One of them almost stripped out the head on me before I decided to call it quits and ask for a second opinion. I can't drill them out because that would leave the threaded rod in the hole, and I can't use heat because fiberglass.
